The 4 day course aimed to give an inside look and an initial start up for working with the energy system model TIMES, which functions as the fundamental tool for the advanced local energy planning (ALEP) within the EnerKey project.

The training course focussed on the application of TIMES for local energy planning purposes. Participants will learned how to edit, use and build up a model and how to interpret the results (e.g. costs, emissions).
